How do I order?

You can order online by going to our packages page, and selecting one of our  moving packages.

You will have the option to purchase additional packaging items, combining both hire and sales items. Once you’ve entered your delivery information and paid securely online, we will confirm your order and your crates will be delivered to your office or home on your agreed delivery date.

How do I pay?

We are happy to accept both MasterCard & Visa.

Will I receive a confirmation or tax invoice?

Shortly after you have paid online you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tax invoice email to you.

Do I need to clean the crates before I return them?

All crates need to be returned in the same condition you received them in and free from debris, oil, grease, labels or writing. Labels are provided with the crates to make your move as easy as possible. For any hire equipment that is not returned in clean condition or has labels or writing on it, a cleaning fee of $5/crate will be will be charged to your credit card. Where do you deliver to?

Our services are available across the Greater Auckland area. When ordering online your postcode will determine if you are within our free delivery zone, which is approximately up to 25km from the CBD. For delivery or pick up outside of these areas please call us on 0800 710 710 or email us info@rentacrate.co.nz

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery and collection is calculated in the crate package cost within our specified delivery areas.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You will be able to nominate your preferred delivery date and time during the order process.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

The crates can be left in an accessible, secure & weatherproof place. However you must accept full responsibility for any damages or loss that may occur in this instance.
You can provide detailed instructions on where you want us to leave your crates on the order form.
We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm a delivery date & time.

Hire related questions:

Is a security deposit required?

All orders are charged to your credit card at the time an order is placed.

We also use your credit card for security, however, no pre authorisation amount is loaded on to your card.

Additional charges may be payable/applied if all hire items are not returned on time and in good condition.

Can I hire crates for longer than 3 weeks?

You certainly can! Please contact us detailing crate quantities and hire period required to receive a quote.

Can I extend my hire?

Of course! Just send an email or call us to arrange the extension and applicable payment.

What if I lose or damage any hire items?

For any hire equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged, a replacement or repair fee will be charged to your credit card. Please feel free to ask about our replacement fees. For more information please refer to our Hire Terms & Conditions.
